These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of igloocoworkingspaces.com and the Services offered by IGLOO Co-Working Spaces LLP. By enquiring about, booking, or subscribing to our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2.1 Our Services
IGLOO provides:
- Virtual office address services for business correspondence, GST registration, and company registration;
- Co-working spaces, hot desks, private cabins, single-seater workstations, day passes, and meeting rooms at our Trivandrum and Kochi centres;
- Mail and courier receiving and forwarding;
- Facilitation of GST registration, MSME registration, and company/LLP incorporation assistance through an independent, legally authorized third-party professional service provider.
2.2 Nature of Registration Assistance Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
- GST registration, MSME registration, and company/LLP incorporation are statutory processes governed by the applicable authorities (GST Department, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Udyam portal, etc.).
- IGLOO does not itself act as your Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or tax practitioner. These professional services are rendered by our independent third-party partner, who is solely responsible for the accuracy, filing, and compliance of the professional work undertaken.
- IGLOO’s role is limited to providing the virtual office address, facilitating document collection, and coordinating with our registration partner on your behalf.
- Approval timelines, outcomes, and requirements for GST/company registration are determined by the relevant government authority and are outside IGLOO’s control. Any timelines mentioned on our Website (e.g., “24-hour documentation”) refer to our internal document-processing turnaround and not to government approval timelines.
2.3 Booking, Payments & Renewals
- Plans and pricing (e.g., virtual office from ₹999/month) are as displayed on the Website or as quoted to you at the time of enquiry, and are subject to change.
- Payment terms, invoicing cycles, and renewal terms will be communicated at the time of booking/agreement.
- Any promotional inclusions (e.g., “12 hours free meeting room a year”) are subject to the specific terms of the offer in force at the time of your subscription and may be modified or withdrawn for future customers.
2.4 Mail & Courier Handling
IGLOO will make reasonable efforts to receive, notify, and forward mail/couriers addressed to your registered virtual office address. IGLOO is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal/courier service providers, and reserves the right to charge nominal fees for forwarding, as communicated to you.
2.5 Use of Co-working Facilities
Clients using physical spaces (hot desks, cabins, meeting rooms, day passes) agree to:
- Use the facilities responsibly and in accordance with IGLOO’s house rules;
- Not sublet or share access credentials with unauthorized third parties;
- Be liable for any damage caused to IGLOO property through misuse.
2.6 Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful documentation for any registration or address-usage service. You are responsible for ensuring that your business activities conducted under the virtual office address comply with applicable law. IGLOO reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where documentation is found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or used for unlawful purposes.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGLOO’s liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific Service in question. IGLOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business loss arising from delays or rejections by government authorities, or from the acts/omissions of the independent third-party registration service provider.
2.8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
